COMPETITION FORMAT
Modified Capital Cup
There are six (6) gyms set up within the Festival Halls A and B:
"State Street Gym", "Lake Shore Drive Gym", "Michigan Ave. Gym", "Rush Street Gym", "Wacker Gym" and "LaSalle Gym".
These "gyms" define the different competition areas within the Navy Pier facility.
There are three sessions per gym each day with the following schedule:
Open Stretch/Warm-up: 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, 5:00 pm
Timed Warm-up: 8:20 am, 12:50 pm, 5:20 pm
Competition follows the Timed Warm-ups.
Teams are designated in advance by the coaches, with the following guidelines:
Compulsories : 5- Gymnast Team, Top 4 scores count.
Optionals : 4- Gymnast Team, Top 3 scores count.
AAI and Midwest Eagle Equipment.
