On behalf on the Illinois Gymnastics Institute Parents Booster Club an Invitation is being extened to all Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Levels 4 through 10/Elite

Free Shuttle busses will be running from 7 AM to 10:30 PM to and from the host hotels to and from the competition site, as well as selected tourist spots in Downtown Chicago.

Competition Format

COMPETITION FORMAT

Modified Capital Cup

There are six (6) gyms set up within the Festival Halls A and B:
"State Street Gym", "Lake Shore Drive Gym", "Michigan Ave. Gym", "Rush Street Gym", "Wacker Gym" and "LaSalle Gym".

These "gyms" define the different competition areas within the Navy Pier facility.

There are three sessions per gym each day with the following schedule:

Open Stretch/Warm-up: 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, 5:00 pm

Timed Warm-up: 8:20 am, 12:50 pm, 5:20 pm

Competition follows the Timed Warm-ups.

Teams are designated in advance by the coaches, with the following guidelines:

Compulsories : 5- Gymnast Team, Top 4 scores count.

Optionals : 4- Gymnast Team, Top 3 scores count.

AAI and Midwest Eagle Equipment.

Entry Fees

ENTRY FEES:

Compulsories:

(Level 4-6)                     $95.00 per Gymnast

Note: $105 per Gymnast, if postmarked after November 1. 2010


 

Optionals:

(Levels 7-10/Elite)       $120.00 per Gymnast

Note: $130 per Gymnast, if postmarked after November 1, 2010



Free for Junior ans Senior National Team Members

Team:

(All Levels)                    $50.00 per Team

 

Optional teams consists of four (4) gymnasts with the top three (3) event scores counting.

Compulsory teams consists of five (5) gymnasts with the top four (4) event scores counting.

All Teams Must Be Designated In Advance
