The Largest Women's Gymnastics Invitational Meet in the World!

Coaches' Check-In Information

--  All coaches must check-in before each session in which your gymnasts will be competing.  The check-in will begin approximately one hour before each session in Room 317, at the top of the stairway above the Michigan Avenue competition gym.  You will only need to sign the coaches roster once (before your first session of the meet), but you will need to pick up a coaches' packet and leotards before each session.

--  At check-in you will receive a coaches' packet with information about your upcoming session, including a roster, gymnast cards and a change form.  You will also receive a bag of leotards for your gymnasts in that session, and you will need to sign for the receipt of the leotards.  Each leotard is individually labeled with the gymnast's name and size, and your coaches packet will include instructions about exchanging leotards if any of the sizes do not work.

--  There is no gymnast check-in.  Your gymnasts should meet you in your scheduled competition gym, as posted on our web site.  Your gymnasts need to be dressed in their competition warm-up and leotard when they arrive at Festival Hall, to ensure that our security volunteers allow them to enter the competition area.

--  The age determination dates are based upon the Illinois and Region 5 championship meet dates, so please check those dates against your gymnasts birthdates to ensure that your gymnast has been placed into the correct age division.  The change form from your coaches packet can be used to correct any errors in your gymnasts' birthdates.

--  If you have entered the team competition, please note that team designations must be made prior to the start of competition in your session.

--  The Gym Manager, located under the ProScore displays in your competition gym, can assist you with making team designations or any other changes to your entry information.  If they are not able to help you themselves, they will contact our Meet Director or our Assistant Meet Director so that we can assist them with what you  need.  In most cases, this means that once you go downstairs to your competition gym, you will not need to return to Room 317 until just before your next session begins.
