The 2014 Schedule by Club is available below in PDF format.  We have completed all of the clubs' schedules, and these schedules have already been e-mailed to the contact person for each of those clubs.  If you have any questions about your club's schedule or other entry details, please check with your club's official contact person for this meet.

Chicago Style Meet Info



 Optional teams consists of four (4) gymnasts with the top three (3) event scores counting.

Compulsory teams consists of five (5) gymnasts with the top four (4) event scores counting.

Modified Capital Cup

There are six (6) gyms set up within Festival Halls A and B:
"State Street Gym", "Lake Shore Drive Gym", "Michigan Avenue Gym", "Rush Street Gym", "Wacker Drive Gym" and "LaSalle Street Gym".

These "gyms" define the different competition areas within the Navy Pier facility.

There are three sessions per gym each day with the following schedule:

Open Stretch/Warm-up: 8:00 am, 12:30 pm, 5:00 pm

Timed Warm-up: 8:20 am, 12:50 pm, 5:20 pm

Competition follows the Timed Warm-ups.

Teams are designated in advance by the coaches, with the following guidelines:

Compulsories : 5-Gymnast Teams, Top 4 scores in each event count.

Optionals : 4-Gymnast Teams, Top 3 scores in each event count.

AAI and Midwest Eagle Equipment.

The equipment is supplied by Paul Kemp of Midwest Gym Supply Inc.

Rooms 1 & 2 7:00 - 8:30 PM 


Individual Awards are held after each session in assigned rooms on 2nd floor.

Awards are grouped by the age of the gymnast.

The age of the gymnats is based on how old the gymnast is on the last day of the Illinois State Meet or the Region 5 Championships for their level.

Ties are decided by the gymnast with the highest All-Around score taken the higher rank.

If there is a tie at both the event and the All-Around then the gymnast with the highest individual event score will take the higher rank.

Team Awards

Team Awards will be given after the last session for a level for the day.


Each day, cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams per level, for levels 8-10 as follows:

Each day a minimum of-

$1000 will be awarded to Level 10's
$500 will be awarded to Level 9's
$250 will be awarded to Level 8's
